The Snakehips are an English house producer duo from London who became famous in late 2015 for their hit All My Friends .
Career
Oliver Lee and James Carter merged in the early 2010s. They first attracted attention with a few remixes, including versions of Wanderlust by The Weeknd or Warm Water by Banks . In 2013 she released her first own single On & On in limited edition on her self-founded label Hoffman West . Further publications followed, including with the singer Sinéad Harnett. The breakthrough came at the end of 2015 with the single All My Friends together with the US musicians Tinashe and Chance the Rapper . She entered the charts in Australia in early December and in New Zealand and the UK in late December, reaching the top 10 of the respective charts. The song was also successful in other European countries.
