Elva is a rural municipality in the Estonian county of Tartu with an area of ​​650 km². It has 14,241 inhabitants (as of 2017). It was created in 2017 from the merger of the Elva municipality with the rural municipalities of Konguta , Puhja , Rannu and Rõngu .
