Aladağ was born to Bulgarian Turks in Burgas, Bulgaria . He later moved to Turkey with his family and settled in the province of Bursa . Here he started club football in the youth of Kestelspor .
After a year he switched to the youth of the traditional club Bursaspor . There he received a professional contract in 2002, but continued to play for the reserve team for a year and a half. For the winter break of the 2003/04 season he was awarded to the third division and the second team Bursaspors, to Bursa Merinosspor until the end of the season . Here he made his professional debut on February 1, 2004 in a third division game against Şekerspor .
For the new season he moved with the transfer fee to the second strongest team in the province of Bursa, the third division club Inegölspor . Here he immediately won a regular place and played for this club for two seasons.
His contract expired in the summer and so Aladağ moved to the Süper-Ligist Denizlispor for free . After the pre-season camp, the coaching staff decided to initially loan Aladağ for one season. Aladağ spent the 2006/07 season on loan from second division Samsunspor and the 2007/08 season from second division Giresunspor .
For the 2008/09 season he stayed with Denizlispor. After the winter break, he won a regular place and played until the end of the season. The following seasons he consolidated his regular place and rose to team captain. After the league was missed in the 2009/10 Süper Lig season , Aladağ went with his team in the TFF 1. Lig in the following season .
After two seasons in the 1st Lig for Denizlispor, he left the club in the summer of 2012 after the contract expired. On June 13, 2012 he came to an agreement with the newly promoted Süper Lig Akhisar Belediyespor . The main reason for the move was that Aladağ had already worked with Akhisarspor's coach Hamza Hamzaoğlu at Denizlispor . In summer 2014 he left this club.
In the summer of 2014 he moved to the second division side Bucaspor . After working for the second division Adana Demirspor in the 2016/17 season , he returned to Bucaspor in summer 2016.
