Enel OGK-5 ( Russian Энел ОГК-5 ) is a Russian company with headquarters (legal) in Yekaterinburg and corporate headquarters in Moscow , Russia .
The company produces electricity in Russia and operates four power plants. OGK-5 belonged to the Russian group Unified Energy System (UES) until 2008 .
In 2007 the Italian energy company Enel took a stake in the company.
The following thermal power plants are operated by Enel OGK-5 :
- Konakovskaya GRES - 2400 MW ( Konakovo , Tver Oblast )
- Nevinnomyssk - 1290 MW ( Nevinnomyssk , Stavropol Territory )
- Reftinsky - 3800 MW ( Reftinsky , Sverdlovsk Oblast )
- Sredneuralsk - 1182 MW ( Sredneuralsk , Sverdlovsk Oblast ; expansion to 1592 MW planned)

The company is not to be confused with the other Russian companies OGK-1 to OGK-6, which also emerged from Unified Energy System .
