OGK-1 ( Russian ОГК-1 , full name Оптовая генерирующая компания № 1 ; English First Power Generating Company on the Wholesale Electricity Market ) is an energy company from Russia with headquarters in Tyumen, West Siberia .

OGK-1 employs a good 6,000 people. The company's turnover in 2007 was around 800 million euros.

The company was founded on March 23, 2005. Almost 92% of the OGK-1 shares were held by the Russian group Unified Energy System until it was split up in the summer of 2008 , and around 5% by Gazprom .
