The 2003/04 season was the 6th edition of the English Premier Ice Hockey League .
Mode and participants
Only English teams took part in the third highest British league. Two rounds were played with two legs. Two points were awarded for a win - even after overtime or a shootout - one point was awarded for a loss after overtime or a shootout.
The team from Haringey was withdrawn from the game on December 2, 2003. Your results have been canceled.
