from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The inheritance contract Weschpfennig called by Scheidt 1569 regulated the estate of Rorich of Scheidt called Weschpfennig . He died on August 3, 1565. The inheritance discussion between the sons did not take place until March 15, 1576 and regulated the division of the extensive property, mainly located in the Blankenberg district .

protocol

In the minutes the noble and honorable brothers of the negotiation are named:

  • Engelbert
  • Johann
  • Volmar
  • Wilhelm
  • Gotthard
  • Peter
  • Adolf,

the latter both waiters at Kloster Springiersbach and Corvey .

Noble advantage

Engelbert as the elder received the noble advantage and was allowed to keep the parent company in the Bröl . Wilhelm negotiated this for him and also reached an agreement with his other brothers. Wilhelm received half of the 15 gulden Manneld that his father received, the other half went to his two brothers of the clergy. Inventory and crops were shared. Wilhelm waived outstanding claims from the inheritance, including against Anton von Holzhausen, and took over all debts with the exception of his sister Adelheid's marriage money, which his four secular brothers were supposed to raise. In contrast, he received the pension from Ersdorf in the county of Neuenahr .

Another inheritance of Wilhelm

Furthermore, he received the lands cultivated by his deceased mother, the Bitze above the farm, the Siefenstück , the Hinterharth , the Wingertsgarten , the Fußberger and the Eicher Feld, as well as the Burghardt from Mühlenauel to the Törchen in the Fussberger path, called the Ecker Büschchen, the bushes in the Barnemich (half in the Kelterser Bush, half in the Bammestellen), the Velkener bushes in the Nutscheid , the Hauswiese, the Auelswiese (Steinwieschen), the meadow above the Eicher Weiher, the pond with two adjacent ponds, the Gecksweiher and fishing in the parish up to the Katzauel.

He was also given the right to expand the use of the Kalkkuhlen between Danhardt and Hinterhardt to the Fuhrweg between Scheid and the Holy Oak for building needs through the Scheid, Etzenbach and Schönenberg farms. But he was only allowed to burn lime himself for fertilizer sparingly and as long as wood was available on site.

Johann

Johann received the farm in Lohmar and the farm in Fussberg (Bröl opposite), farm and tithe at Hönscheid, the tithe on the mountain and the tithe half from Barnemich to the third.

Engelbert

Engelbert got the farm at Buisdorf and all the surrounding lands, half the farm at Buch, the farm at Hülscheid, the Bitzenwiese, the bush justice at Kaldauen , Niederpleis and elsewhere , a quarter from the Keltersern bushes and the Bammestellen as well as the Kersekorf under the Attenbach house .

Volmar

In addition to his inheritance, Volmar received the farm on the Scheid (with Katzenaueler Wiese below the oil mill, two parts from half Barnemich, a quarter from Kelterser Busch, a tenth in Jünkersfeld, the inheritance from Kesselscheid and the Bitze from Kämerscheid), the farm Etzenbach, Hof Schönenberg, Hofchen zu Huppach, forty acres in Nutscheid and Hofchen Gutmannseichen .

Gotthard

Gotthard received the Hof zu Betttringen with all rights, the Süchterscheid farm , the Rankenhohn farm , the Busch near Uckerath and the Schelfwinkel near Haus Attenbach .

Deferred divisions

The allocation of Wingert to Hennef (Sieg) and to Blankenberg and some other rights and properties (partly due to further deaths and marriages) remained unclear for the time being .
