Erdmannsweiler is a district of the municipality of Königsfeld in the Black Forest in the Schwarzwald-Baar district in Baden-Württemberg .

Erdmannsweiler is located on the eastern slope of the Black Forest 4 km northwest of Königsfeld in the Black Forest.

It is a street village-like settlement with a few cross streets.

history

Erdmannsweiler was first mentioned in 1094 as Ortinesuuilere or Ortinswilere as a high medieval development settlement of Weiler . When they were first mentioned, the Free Manegold and Gotschalk handed over their property in Erdmannsweiler to St. Georgen.

The development of power corresponds to that of Weiler. It was incorporated into the Grand Duchy of Baden in 1810.

In 1974 it was incorporated into the municipality of Königsfeld in the Black Forest.
