Ernest Mills
Ernest Mühlen (born June 8, 1926 in Ettelbrück ; † March 19, 2014 ) was a Luxembourg politician of the CSV .
biography
Mühlen was a member of the Luxembourg City Council from 1973 to 1979 and State Secretary for Finance from 1979 to 1982. From 1982 to 1984 he was Minister of Agriculture, Assistant Minister of Finance and from 1984 to 1989 Member of the European Parliament. Between 1989 and 1991 as a Luxembourg MEP and from 1991 to 1996 he was Luxembourg's representative on the Board of Directors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London .
