Prišlič made his international debut in August 2008 in Štrbské Pleso as part of the FIS Cup . With places 30 and 28, he collected first points. However, it took three more one and a half years until he was used again in the FIS Cup. However, since he could not convince with good performance at the beginning, he started in the Alpine Cup from September 2010 . In February 2011 he came in at the FIS Cup in Kranj to a good tenth place. On January 14, 2012, he stood on the podium of the FIS Cup for the first time in Predazzo and came third. In September of the same year he made his debut in the Ski Jumping Continental Cup in Klingenthal . After two competitions with only lower placements, however, he came back to the Alpine Cup.
Only in January 2013 Prišlič came back to the Continental Cup squad and achieved his first top 10 placement in this series with ninth place in the second competition in Sapporo . A week later, he and the team won the gold medal at the 2013 Junior World Ski Championships in Liberec . Despite this success, Prišlič remained a permanent place in the Continental Cup. After three more years and the constant change between the Alpine and FIS Cups as well as some appearances in the Continental Cup, he finally got a permanent position in the squad in February 2016. In Iron Mountain he convinced with good jumps and was on the podium of the COC for the first time. In Tchaikovsky , too , he was twice in the top ten.
In the summer of 2016 Prišlič continued to perform well and finished fourth in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm , whereupon he traveled with the A-squad to the ski jumping Grand Prix in Tchaikovsky, where he collected his first Grand Prix points with two 27th places in the end he and the German Martin Hamann reached 70th place in the overall ranking.
On December 4, 2016, Prišlič was hit by a car while training near the Planica ski jump and seriously injured in the head, so that he had to be put into an artificial coma for about 14 days in the Jesenice hospital .
