Ernst Anders (born March 13, 1928 in Vienna ; † May 28, 1991 ibid) was an Austrian actor.

Life

After training as a businessman, Ernst Anders attended the Krauss drama school in Vienna from 1949 to 1952 and received his first engagement at the Linz State Theater in the year of his graduation . There he played, among others, Leon in Franz Grillparzer's " Weh dem, der Lügen ", Babbs in Brandon Thomas' " Charley's Aunt ", Doktor Jura in Hermann Bahr's " Das Konzert " and Wladimir in the German-language premiere of Samuel Beckett's " Waiting for Godot ”.
