Ernst Ludwig von Hacke

Ernst Ludwig von Hacke (born October 17, 1651 in Machnow in the Mark, † December 22, 1713 in Berlin ) was the royal Prussian lieutenant general and commandant of Berlin. He was the hereditary lord on Kleinmachnow . After the death of his brother, he also inherited Heinersdorf .

Life

His parents were Otto von Hacke (* September 14, 1615; † January 7, 1682) - heir to Kleinmachnow in the Teltow district, Brandenburg district commissioner and state councilor for the Teltow district - and his wife Anna Maria von Pfuel (* December 2, 1618; † May 20, 1695) from the Jahnsfelde house .

Military career

In 1670 he went to Kurbrandenburg and joined the bodyguard on foot. In 1675 he was promoted to lieutenant. In 1680 he was captain of the Fusilier Guard and in 1684 chief of the 5th Company. In 1687 he became Oberstwachtmeister and on July 24, 1690 Colonel and Commander of the 1st Battalion of the Life Guard. On April 24, 1696 he was then commander of the bodyguard regiment and on February 19, 1704 he was promoted to major general. He went with part of the Fusilier Guard as far as the Meuse. In 1709 he finally became Vice-Commander of Berlin and on May 24, 1713 Major General and Commander of Berlin. He died a little later unmarried on December 22, 1713 in Berlin.
