Esko Tapani Rechardt (born May 9, 1958 in Helsinki ) is a Finnish sailor and Olympic champion .

At the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow he won the gold medal as an outsider in the boat class Finn-Dinghy and became the first Finnish Olympic champion in sailing and so far the only Finnish medalist in his discipline.
