Estrela is a municipality (freguesia) in the Portuguese capital, Lisbon . It was created on September 29, 2013 as part of the administrative reorganization of the city from the merger of the municipalities of Lapa , Santos-o-Velho and Prazeres . 19,915 inhabitants live in an area of ​​2.85 km² (as of June 30, 2011).
