Marvila is a municipality ( freguesia ) in the Portuguese district of Lisbon .
It has 37,793 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011). Marvila borders the freguesias Beato , Areeiro , Alvalade , Olivais and Parque das Nações .
Sports
Marvila is home to the Campo Engenheiro Carlos Salema football stadium , where the Clube Oriental de Lisboa , which currently plays in the Portuguese Segunda League, plays its home games .
