Eugen Greiß (born February 2, 1856 in Frankfurt am Main ; † March 13, 1925 there ) was a German architect and building contractor.

Eugen Greiß was the son of the Frankfurt architectural draftsman Gustav Greiß (1825–1896), his younger brother was the architect Otto Greiß (1876–1945). From 1874 to 1877 he studied architecture at the Stuttgart Polytechnic under Konrad Dollinger , Christian Friedrich von Leins and Alexander von Tritschler . Greiß then returned to Frankfurt, where he became self-employed as an architect and building contractor in 1883. His construction company was one of the most important in the city at the time. He played a key role in the development of the station district . It is estimated that one twentieth of the buildings came from him, including the Drei-Kaiser-Bau at Kaiserstrasse 3–7, which was even awarded a prize.

His focus was on the construction of representative and palatial residential and commercial buildings in the style of Neo-Baroque and Neo-Renaissance . He also planned and built apartment houses and industrial plants. Further buildings were built in Aachen (commercial building on Theaterplatz), Alsfeld (hall building for the German Kaiser), Bad Homburg vor der Höhe and Kassel .

His son Friedrich Viktor (born March 18, 1873 in Frankfurt am Main, † August 19, 1916 killed in Russia) was also an architect.
