Eugenio Battisti
Eugenio Battisti ( 1924 - 1989 ) was an Italian art historian and critic.
Battisti taught at the University of Genoa and published around 900 books and articles, including regular columns in the daily newspaper "Il Mondo" and articles for the Enciclopedia Universale dell'Arte.
His academic career also took him to Pennsylvania State University and Rome , where he was full professor of architectural history at Tor Vergata University .
Today the Museum of Industry and Labor in Brescia, northern Italy, bears his name: Museo dell'Industria e del Lavoro "Eugenio Battisti .
