Evžen Illín

Evžen Illín (born November 2, 1924 in Podunajské Biskupice , Czechoslovakia , † March 12, 1985 in West Berlin ) was a Czechoslovak composer .

biography

Evžen Illín received violin lessons from his father Eugen, a musician. After graduating from school, he studied composition and bassoon with Jaroslav Řídký and Emil Hlobil at the Prague Conservatory . After his studies he found music as a composer for radio plays. Since the late 1950s he was employed as a composer for Czechoslovak film. With his relocation to West Germany from 1970 he was responsible for the music of German television productions such as Tanker , No Sniffing Dogs for the Treasury and Tatort: ​​Wat Recht is Mutt Recht bliewe .
