F1 2009 is a racing simulation developed by the British company Sumo Digital and dating back to 2009. It is the first of the Codemasters Formula 1 series .
Gameplay
F1 2009 simulates the complete 2009 Formula 1 World Championship . At the beginning of his career, the player chooses his name, nationality and a helmet. Then you complete one or more test sessions with different teams, depending on the performance of the driver you get offers from smaller or larger teams.

control
While you can only change the key assignment on the Playstation Portable, on the iOS devices it is controlled via touchscreen and tilting the device. The Wii version offers more setting options:

Versions
Originally exclusively for PSP and Wii, it was also released for iOS on December 14, 2009. This version only offers time trials as game modes.

The game was received quite positively by the trade press and received mediocre to above-average reviews.
