history

The women's division of Sevilla FC was founded in 2008. Previously, the club had cooperated from 2004 with the independent club CD Híspalis , which played for many years in the Primera División until he was relegated in 2007/08. As a result, Sevilla FC founded their own women's football team, which started on a regional level. For the 2009/10 season Sevilla was invited to the top division.
