The Football Club Torinese was an Italian football club from the city of Turin in Piedmont . The association was founded in 1894. The club colors were yellow and black.
The team was one of the strongest clubs in the pioneering days of Italian football . This made the Football Club Torinese one of the four teams that took part in the first edition of the Italian football championship in 1898 .
In 1900 the Club Internazionale Torino merged , the new team kept the name Football Club Torinese. In 1906 some former Juventus players joined the team, after which Torino FC was founded.
