The Italian Football Championship 1903 was the sixth Italian football championship , which was held by the Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio (FIGC).

From March 1 to March 15, 1903, the qualifying matches for the final took place. The semi-finals took place on March 22, 1903.

On April 13, 1903, the final between the seeded champions CFC Genoa and Juventus Turin took place at the Campo Sportivo di Ponte Carrega in Genoa . After four sovereign victories, Juventus was the favorite for the title, but surprisingly lost 3-0 to the defending champion, who played the final for the sixth time in a row and was thus in all previous finals.
