The Italian football champions 1910/11 were initially determined in a group stage in which 13 teams, divided into two groups, took part. Four teams from Veneto and Emilia Romagna played in one group, nine teams from Piedmont, Lombardy and Liguria in the other. Each team played twice against each other team. The top of the table in each group then played the final of the championship in a home and a second leg.
