The Italian Football Championship 1904 was the seventh Italian football championship , which was held by the Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio (FIGC).

organization

On March 6, 1904, the qualifying matches for the final took place. The semi-finals took place on March 13th and 20th, 1904.

The final took place on March 27, 1904 at the Campo Sportivo di Ponte Carrega in Genoa between the seeded champions CFC Genoa and Juventus Turin . The CFC Genoa won the new edition of the final from the previous year with 1-0 against Juventus Turin and again managed a championship hat trick. Once again, the championship trophy , the Fawcus Cup, was permanently owned by the CFC Genoa. Also this time a player, James Richardson Spensley , donated the new cup for the champions, which from now on was called the Spensley Cup.
