The 16th men's fistball world championship is scheduled to take place from July 23 to July 29, 2023 in Mannheim , Germany . After 1972 , 1982 and 2007 it is the fourth men's fistball world championship to be held in Germany.
In a joint application with the German Fistball League , TV Käfertal and the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region , the city of Mannheim was awarded the contract by the International Fistball Association (IFA) on August 14, 2019 .

SAP Arena in Mannheim
The Rhein-Neckar Campus with 5,000 seats is planned as the venue for the preliminary round . The main round is to take place in the multi-purpose hall SAP Arena with a capacity of 12,000 . A natural turf is to be laid in the hall for the event .
