Feed the Beast is an American television series that premiered on AMC on June 5, 2016 . It is loosely based on the Danish television series Bankerot , which ran in Germany under the title Helden am Herd . Feed the Beast has been available on Netflix in German-speaking countries since April 2017 .

The series was discontinued after a season.

On the verge of losing it all, friends Tommy Moran and Dion Patras is a dusty pipe dream of opening an upscale Greek restaurant in their home, the Bronx , all they have left to change their lives. Together they tackle the madness of the New York restaurant world and navigate its darker side of petty criminals, corrupt officials and violent gangsters.
