The Feldberg rises in the eastern part of the Ebbegebirge Nature Park. It belongs to the urban area of Olpe , whose core city is about 6.5 km southwest, and rises between the village districts of Oberneger in the west-southwest and Oberveischede in the east.
The neighboring mountains of the Feldberg include Twilkenberg ( 531.2 m above sea level ) in the east-northeast, Homert ( 536.7 m above sea level ) in the south and Host ( 502.8 m above sea level ) in the west.
