Felicia Țilea-Moldovan (born Țilea ; born September 29, 1967 in Măgura Ilvei , Bistrița-Năsăud district ) is a former Romanian athlete .

At the European Championships in 1990 she was convicted of doping and banned . Her first significant international success was winning the bronze medal in the javelin throw behind Trine Hattestad and Karen Forkel at the 1994 European Championships in Helsinki. At the 1995 World Championships in Gothenburg, Țilea then won the silver medal behind Natallja Schykalenka and ahead of Mikaela Ingberg . In the same year she won the Universiade in Fukuoka .

Țilea-Moldovan took part in four Olympic Games from 1996 to 2008: in 1996 in Atlanta she was tenth, in 2000 in Sydney she was eliminated in the qualification, in 2004 in Athens she was eleventh and in 2008 in Beijing she was twelfth.

In total, she was Romanian champion seven times.

Felicia Țilea-Moldovan is 1.67 m tall and had a competition weight of 74 kg. She started for the athletics department of Steaua Bucharest .
