Ferdinand Goessmann

Johann Carl Ferdinand Gößmann (born October 22, 1840 in Fulda , † December 19, 1921 in Hanau ) was a German judge and member of the Center .

Life

Ferdinand Gößmann was the son of a district judge and studied law at the Universities of Göttingen and Marburg from 1859. In 1860 he became a member of the Corps Hannovera Göttingen and later the Corps Teutonia Marburg . After the state examinations he entered the judicial service of Prussia and was first local judge in the Schlüchtern district court , then in 1882 district judge, in 1893 district judge at the district court of Bergen (Hesse) (then in the district of Hanau ).

He was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives from 1882 to 1893 for the constituency of Kassel 11 (Fulda) and a member of the central parliamentary group .
