Fleisnitz is a district of the Stammbach market in the Upper Franconian district of Hof .

Fleisnitz is located on the HO 20 district road between Friedmannsdorf and Metzlesdorf . Connecting roads lead to Oelschnitz and Obertennersreuth.

According to the Stammbach land register from around 1535, several Ott families and a Mulnner family resided in Fleisnitz. The influence of von Sparneck and Wallenrode has been handed down from the middle of the 15th century ; Friedrich von Sparneck , his brother Rüdiger and Hans at Stein Castle were among the Sieglers . Two extensive deeds of lending to King Sigismund from 1417 and 1437 with the home territory for Rüdiger and 1437 for his brother Friedrich von Sparneck also name shares in Fleisnitz.

The place belonged from 1812 to 1879 to the district court of Münchberg and from 1879 to 1973 to the district court of Münchberg . Until 1972 it was part of the Münchberg district .

A residential stable and a residential building with a tailcoat roof are under monument protection .
