Florian Blaschke

Florian Blaschke (born July 3, 1979 in Bonn ) is a German journalist and blogger .

Life

Blaschke is the great-grandson of the Kiel football official Georg P. Blaschke . After graduating from the Otto-Kühne-Schule in Bonn Bad-Godesberg, he studied art history and German at the University of Bonn . During this time he worked as a freelance journalist, among others for the Bonner General-Anzeiger , the Stuttgarter Nachrichten and the Deutsche Welle . He then volunteered from 2006 to 2008 at the Leipziger Volkszeitung . In 2008, he switched to the news portal news.de as a founding editor , where he worked as head of economics, media and head of duty. From 2011 to 2013 he was press spokesman for the Lehmbruck Museum in Duisburg , from 2013 to 2016 editor-in-chief of the technology magazine t3n , and from 2016 to 2019 editor-in-chief of the German program guide with the highest circulation, the newspaper supplement Prisma . Since then, Blaschke has been working at the Sparkassen finance portal as Head of the Content / Account Service department of the Internet branch.

For his report in the belly of the mountains in the Leipziger Volkszeitung , Blaschke was awarded the Graubünden young talent award for travel journalists in 2008.
