Florin Grigore (born May 3, 1956 - July 14, 2015 ) was a Romanian football player .
Athletic career
Originally from Bucharest , Grigore experienced his breakthrough in football at Flacăra Moreni . When he was in the second division he was successful in the mid-1970s in Divizia B and made Nicolae Proca attention, who transferred him to CS Târgovişte in 1978 . At his new club, which was promoted to Divizia A last year, the offensive player became a national player. In December 1978 he played on the side of the other debutants Florea Voicilă , Ionel Augustin , Constantin Stan and Rodion Cămătaru in a 1: 2 defeat against Greece, his first of three international games .
In the summer of 1980 Grigore relegated his club to the second division, but a year later he returned to the Romanian elite class as a player for Sportul Studențesc . There he formed with Mircea Sandu and Marian Bucurescu in the 4-3-3 system one of the most successful attacking trio in the first half of the 1980s, which was later reinforced with Gheorghe Hagi and Marcel Coraș .
Grigore died in the summer of 2015 at the age of 59.
