history
In 1780 a Seifener farmer built a detached house on the northeastern parcel of the Seifhennersdorf district belonging to the Zittau council near the border with the Bohemian exclave Niederleutersdorf. The wasteland was three kilometers from Seifhennersdorf above the soap pond on the old Paschweg from Josephsdorf to Warnsdorf . Four more houses were later built on the site. In 1803 the dam of the soap pond tore, it was not dammed again. Due to the main border and territorial recess between the Kingdom of Saxony and the Austrian Empire on March 5, 1848, the Bohemian exclave Niederleutersdorf came to Saxony on March 12, 1849, so that the state border between the consequence and Josephsdorf fell away. Because of the long distance to Seifhennersdorf, the residents of the episode had always been connected to Leutersdorf in terms of church, school and post.
The consequence was a district of Seifhennersdorf until 1956. In 1956, land borders were relocated between the municipalities of Seifhennersdorf and Leutersdorf, whereby Seifhennersdorf ceded 31 hectares of the former soap pond between the Grenzweg and the mine bridge, including the district of Follow to Leutersdorf.
