Fomins & Kleins

Fomin & Klein was a Latvian pop-rock - band that existed from 2002 to 2006. The front people were the singer Ivo Fomins and the guitarist Tomas Kleins , and other musicians joined in for live performances.

The musicians, who were both previously active in the Latvian rock scene, received a record deal in 2002, and in 2003 not only had a debut album called Muzikants , but also some radio hits.

The group won the national preliminary decision and was therefore allowed to compete for their country in the semifinals of the Eurovision Song Contest 2004 in Istanbul . With the rock song Dziesma par laimi they missed the final with 17th place.
