Intars Busulis (born May 2, 1978 in Talsi , Latvian SSR ) is a Latvian singer.

At the Eurovision Song Contest 2009 Busulis represented Latvia with the song Probka . The song entered the preliminary round first on Latvian and entitled Sastrēgums on, after the victory of the singer announced the song in Moscow on Russian sing to want. The song is about global warming due to the high emissions of carbon dioxide that are created when driving a car . The title is called "traffic jam" in both versions. In the end, the singer was unsuccessful: Probka took last place in the second semifinals with seven points, six of them from Lithuania and one from Estonia .

In 2014 Busulis took part in the Russian The Voice offshoot Golos and reached the semifinals there. His vocal coach was Leonid Nikolaevich Agutin .
