Fréville is a commune Déléguée in the French municipality of Saint Martin de l'If with 943 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy .

With effect from January 1, 2016, Fréville was merged with the former communes of Betteville , La Folletière and Mont-de-l'If to form a commune nouvelle with the name of Saint Martin de l'If . Since then it has had the status of a Commune déléguée. The municipality of Fréville was part of the Arrondissement of Rouen and the canton of Notre-Dame-de-Bondeville (until 2015: canton Pavilly ).
