Mont-de-l'If is a commune Déléguée in the French municipality of Saint Martin de l'If 115 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Seine-Maritime in the region Normandy .

With effect from January 1, 2016, Mont-de-l'If was merged with the former communes of Fréville , Betteville and La Folletière to form a commune nouvelle with the name of Saint Martin de l'If . Since then it has had the status of a Commune déléguée. The municipality of Mont-de-l'If belonged to the Arrondissement of Rouen and the canton of Notre-Dame-de-Bondeville (until 2015: canton Pavilly ).
