Residential building | Kückhoven In der Mosel 18 map |
The object is a house that was restored to its present condition in 1891 by the plasterer Zumfeld from Kückhoven, but it is much older. In addition to the very rich stucco on the house and courtyard entrance building, which stands like a pavilion next to the house, there is a rich coffered stucco in the rooms on the ground floor. The original Cologne ceilings of the original building are still preserved on the upper floors. Also on the back of the house is a stuccoed door surround with an emblem. The house gives the impression that the master plasterer wanted to try out all his skills on his object. Overall, it is a delightful building that should be protected as a document of 19th century craftsmanship. | 1891 | June 10, 1987 | 318
