The three-winged courtyard from the 19th century with a half-timbered part was rebuilt between 1925 and 1928 by the Golkrath teacher Wilhelm Wienen. The street-side front and the residential building were built with clinker brick, the residential building, 5-axis and 2-storey, the windows with fighter and green-painted shutters. A broad gable rises from the roof. This gives the house a neo-classical look. There is a wide bay window above the central entrance door. Both the arched gate entrance and the front door have carvings. The ornate courtyard entrance gate system has a floral carving in its wicket door. Inside, the original furnishings from 1925 have been preserved, including the double-leaf doors between the salons, which still contain the original colored glazing. In a room on the 1st floor, the stucco typical of the time has been preserved as a rosette in the middle of the ceiling. It is a typical country teacher house from the time shortly after the First World War. As the house of the former teacher, the property is important for Golkrath. 19th century Apr. 27, 1988 323
