Francisco Gonzalez Ramos
Francisco González Ramos (born August 17, 1958 in Pueblo Nuevo (Guanajuato) , Guanajuato ) is a Mexican clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Izcalli .
Life
Francisco González Ramos was ordained deacon on May 2, 1982 and ordained a priest on July 18 of the same year for the Diocese of León . On January 3, he was incardinated in the newly founded diocese of Irapuato .
Pope Francis appointed him on June 9, 2014 as the first bishop of the diocese of Izcalli , which was established on the same date . He was ordained episcopate on August 22nd of the same year by the Bishop of Irapuato, José de Jesús Martínez Zepeda . Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Tlalnepantla , Carlos Aguiar Retes , and the Bishop of Cuautitlán , Guillermo Rodrigo Teodoro Ortiz Mondragón .
