Guillermo Rodrigo Teodoro Ortiz Mondragón (born March 13, 1947 in Toluca ) is Bishop of Cuautitlán .

Life

Guillermo Rodrigo Teodoro Ortiz Mondragón was ordained a priest on June 5, 1976 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him titular bishop of Nova Barbara and auxiliary bishop in Mexico on January 29, 2000 . The Archbishop of Mexico , Cardinal Norberto Rivera Carrera , ordained him episcopal on March 4th of the same year; Co- consecrators were Justo Mullor García , Apostolic Nuncio in Mexico , and Ricardo Manuel Watty Urquidi MSpS , Bishop of Nuevo Laredo .

He was appointed Bishop of Cuautitlán on October 19, 2005, and was introduced to the office on November 23 of the same year.
