Heinrich Franz Chalybaeus

Heinrich Franz Chalybäus (born May 5, 1840 in Kiel ; † December 26, 1911 there ) was a German lawyer.

Life

During his studies in Göttingen , Chalybäus became a member of the Brunsviga fraternity in 1860 . Since 1864 he has worked as a lawyer in various state and church authorities, since 1882 in the state consistory and in the provincial consistory in Hanover. From 1891 to 1903 he was President of the Consistory in Kiel and from 1903 to 1910 President of the State Consistory in Hanover (today: State Church Office Hanover ). He was editor of the church laws and ordinances for Schleswig-Holstein.
