Wilhelm Heinichen

Wilhelm Heinichen (born April 16, 1856 , † December 18, 1911 in Hanover ) was a German administrative lawyer, most recently president of the state consistory in Hanover.

Life

Heinichen was a son of the higher court vice-president Heinichen. After completing his legal studies in 1882, he became a court assessor at the local courts of Peine , Stade and Alfeld (Leine) as well as at the Hanover regional court and the local public prosecutor's office. On January 1, 1884, he became a local judge in Neuhaus (Oste) and in 1886 at the local court in Soltau . After transferring to general administration, he became district administrator of the Soltau district on July 1, 1889 , and in 1901 district administrator in Göttingen . In April 1903 he moved as president to the head of the consistory in Hanover. On January 1, 1911, he succeeded Franz Chalybaeus as President of the State Consistory. From January 5, 1911 he was also the curator of the Loccum Monastery . Heinichen died after less than a year in office in December 1911 in Hanover.
