Francisco Raúl Villalobos Padilla
Francisco Raúl Villalobos Padilla (born February 1, 1921 in Guadalajara ) is Bishop Emeritus of Saltillo .
Life
Francisco Raúl Villalobos Padilla was ordained a priest on April 2, 1949 .
Pope Paul VI appointed him on May 4, 1971 auxiliary bishop in Saltillo and titular bishop of Columnata . The Bishop of Saltillo, Luis Guízar y Barragán , ordained him episcopal on August 3 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were José Salazar López , Archbishop of Guadalajara , and Antonio Sahagún López , Bishop of Linares .
He was named Bishop of Saltillo on October 4, 1975. On December 30, 1999, Pope John Paul II accepted his age-related resignation.
