Frank-Martin Neupärtl

Frank-Martin Neupärtl (born January 22, 1961 in Treysa ; † December 1, 2014 in Borken (Hesse) ) was a German local politician and from November 2002 until his death the district administrator of the Schwalm-Eder district .

Life

After graduating from high school at the Federal President Theodor Heuss School in Homberg, Neupärtl began studying law at the Philipps University of Marburg .

After the 1st and 2nd state examinations in law, he was appointed judge at the Homberg District Court (Efze) in 1991, where he worked until 1998. In 1995 he was appointed Deputy Director at the District Court. He was also chairman of the administrative board of the Kreissparkasse Schwalm-Eder . Neupärtl was married to the lawyer Dagmar Neupärtl, with whom he has a daughter.

Frank-Martin Neupärtl died after suffering from severe cancer.

Frank-Martin Neupärtl was a member of the SPD . From 2009 to 2014 he was chairman of the Schwalm-Eder subdistrict and a member of the state board of the working group of social democratic lawyers in Hesse .

In 1998 he was elected full-time first district member of the Schwalm-Eder district. Equipped with this official bonus as deputy of the district administrator, he ran for the successor to the outgoing district administrator Jürgen Hasheider . On March 17, 2002 Neupärtl was elected in the first ballot with 61.8% of the vote. He took up his post as district administrator on December 1, 2002. Neupärtl was confirmed in office on April 13, 2008 with 61.4% of the votes and on May 25, 2014 with 74.4% of the votes (this time without opponents). His third term would have ended on November 30, 2020.

Neupärtl has been chairman of the North District Assembly of the Hessian District Assembly since 2013 .
