Macky Frank Bagnack Mouegni (born June 7, 1995 in Yaoundé ) is a Cameroonian football player .

Career

Club career

Bagnack came to FC Barcelona in 2008 through the Samuel Eto'os Foundation together with his compatriot Jean Marie Dongou . The scouts of FC Barcelona discovered him at a U-12 tournament in Lanzarote . At the age of 15, at the end of 2010, he broke his leg in a friendly match against Cruzeiro Belo Horizonte in Brazil and was therefore out for six months. He only made his comeback in the summer of 2011 and finally took part with the A-youth of FC Barcelona in the NextGen Series 2011/12 , in which the Catalans reached the quarter-finals.

On September 8, 2012, Bagnack made his debut in the Spanish Segunda División . When his team won 1-0 away, he was substituted on for Kiko a quarter of an hour before the end of the game .

At the end of January 2014, Bagnack extended his contract to June 30, 2017; his release clause was EUR 12 million.

In January 2016 he moved to France for the second team of FC Nantes . For the 2016/17 season he returned to Spain, where he joined the second division Real Saragossa . He made seven goalless league games for Zaragoza that season.

In August 2017 he moved to the Austrian Bundesliga club FC Admira Wacker Mödling , with whom he received a contract that was valid until June 2019.

For the 2018/19 season he moved to Slovenia to NK Olimpija Ljubljana , where he received a contract that ran until June 2021.

National team

After Bagnack was called up for the first time in the national team of Cameroon in the African World Cup qualification on October 13, 2013 , but was not used, he was allowed to make his debut in the on January 7, 2015 in a 1-1 draw in the friendly against the Democratic Republic of the Congo Give national team. He was substituted on for Raoul Loé at half time. Only three days later, Bagnack was allowed to play a full game in the 1-1 friendly international match against South Africa. At the subsequent Africa Cup in 2015 he was a member of the squad, but was not used.
