Frank Clarke (film editor)
Frank Clarke (born December 31, 1915 in London , † September 2002 in Devon ) was a British film editor .
Frank Clarke came to film editing through his school friend Ralph Kemplen in the mid-1930s . During World War II he served in the Army Film Unit , where educational and documentary films were made. After the war he came to the British section of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer , where he was responsible for editing British-American productions. He was involved in a total of 36 productions. From the late 1960s he worked as a teacher at the London Film School .
