Frank Liivak (born July 7, 1996 in Tartu ) is an Estonian football player who plays for SSC Napoli . His father Jaanus Liivak is a former Estonian basketball player and current coach.
Career
society
Frank Liivak started his career in 2004 in the youth team of Almere City FC in the Netherlands . In 2006 the striker was temporarily loaned to the local club Olümpia Tartu in his native Tartu . For this, the talent completed seven missions in the D-youth from May to September 2006. Back in Almere , Liivak played the following years (from 2011 there was a partnership between Almere and Ajax Amsterdam ) until 2013 in other age groups of the club. At the age of 17, he moved to Italy to join SSC Napoli . There Liivak played from 2013 in the Campionato Primavera and in the 2013/14 season in the Youth League . A professional assignment in Serie A has so far been denied him.
National team
Frank Liivak started playing for various junior national teams in Estonia in 2010. Starting with the U-15s through the U-16, U-17 and U-19, the versatile offensive player made his debut in 2013 in Estonia's U-21 against Andorra in qualifying for the U-21 European Championship 2015 in the Czech Republic .
In May 2014, 17-year-old Liivak was appointed to the squad for the upcoming international match against Gibraltar by the Swedish national coach for Estonia , Magnus Pehrsson . He made his national team debut in this game when he was substituted on for Enar Jääger . In his second international match against Jordan he was in the starting line-up for a 1-0 win, and was replaced by Ingemar Teever in the 64th minute of the game .
