Frank-Robert Olstad , mainly known by his stage name Frank Robert , (born October 12, 1918 in Kristiania , † July 13, 2007 in Oslo ) was a Norwegian actor , singer and dancer .

Career

Robert made his debut at the Carl Johan Teatret in Oslo in 1938 . From 1944 to 1958 he played a number of important roles in comedies and operettas at the Centralteatret . At the same time he was also active in many film and radio play productions . Frank Roberts career was associated with many stage appearances in the cabaret , in comedies , comedies and in the operetta and the theater of the absurd . He also played in many pieces of contemporary drama and in classical performances by Henrik Ibsen and August Strindberg .
