Harold Franklin "Frank" Steele (born March 9, 1905 in Niagara Falls , Ontario ; † December 3, 1992 in Hollywood , Florida , USA ) was a Canadian ice hockey player who, in the course of his active career between 1927 and 1940, played a game for played the Detroit Falcons in the National Hockey League on the position of right winger . Career

Steele played between 1923 and 1927 first in his hometown of Niagara Falls in the Canadian province of Ontario before he joined the Hamilton Tigers from the Canadian Professional Hockey League for the 1927/28 season. He then worked for three years for the Detroit Olympics in the league, which has now been renamed the International Hockey League . Steele died in Hollywood , Florida , in December 1992 at the age of 87 .
